Dr. Frank Hann
Frank Hann, D.D.S. attended the University of Illinois for his undergraduate studies. He earned his dental degree from Loyola University in Chicago. He then had an internship at Long Beach Veterans Hospital. Dr. Hann served in the United States Navy for two years as a dentist. He received his orthodontic certificate from Columbia University.
In 2005, the American Board of Orthodontics honored Dr. Frank Hann with Diplomate status. This status is reserved for orthodontists with outstanding education and clinical expertise.
The significance of board certification goes far beyond achieving the approval of a small panel of experts. The greatest benefit comes from the in-depth self-evaluation that is required by years of preparation and continued maintenance of board certification, spanning a career’s quest for excellence. Obtaining certification is a unique achievement since only 38% of all orthodontists are chosen to be Diplomates.
Dr. Hann attends continuing education courses every year, since he considers continued education very important for proficient orthodontics. Dr. Hann’s expertise and credentials allow him to provide his patients with excellent orthodontic care.
Dr. Hann is also active in many professional organizations including, The American Association of Orthodontics, The California Dental Association, The Contra Costa Dental Society and The American Dental Association.
Dr. Hann and his wife Connie have two adult children Kevin and Kristen. Kristen plans to become an orthodontist and join her father in practice. Dr. Hann enjoys activities such as tennis and snow skiing.
